I’ve spent 14 years building and fixing customer-support platforms, mostly Zendesk and Freshdesk. Most of my work falls into three buckets: moving teams onto Zendesk without losing their history, connecting it to the systems their back office actually runs on, and putting AI on support in a way that holds up in regulated industries.
I’ve done that for telehealth, multi-brand e-commerce, HR-tech, technical software vendors and agencies.
